Baby on the way
Baby on the way is a course for pregnant women. In these courses you will learn exercises that move all parts of your body, this can often prevent or reduce ailments and pains. The courses are for all pregnant women whether you are early in the pregnancy or nearer to birth. Some say that you should not start new things in the 12 first weeks of the pregnancy, but generally it is all about listening to your body and feeling what is good for you. The choice of doing new things, like yoga, is up to each and everyone to decide. You don’t need any previous experience with yoga to attend Baby on the way courses. They are adapted as if for beginners, but they have a different main focus.
Mother and newborn
Mother and newborn courses are for mothers and their babies. The best time to start yoga after birth is from the baby is about eight weeks old and until it starts to crawl. Today there is a big pressure to get back into shape as soon as possible after birth. Together with the new baby your body is changed and the hormone levels are different. In this big change yoga can help you to remember to breath and take care of and listen to your body in a gentle way instead of starting a fitness contest right after birth.
